What — This page sets out BTCX’s accessibility approach for the website and apps. Our goal is to meet WCAG 2.1 AA where feasible and continuously improve. In practice that means semantic HTML for meaningful structure, keyboard‑first navigation, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, alt text for meaningful images, captions or transcripts for media, and careful use of ARIA for dynamic components. We design with responsive layouts, motion‑reduction preferences, and error messaging that is announced to assistive technologies. Some areas rely on third‑party widgets or rapidly changing data; when full conformance isn’t possible, we provide workarounds or alternate contact.
